Getting Started

Thank you for installing Shop Protector to protect your online store! Shop Protector is a powerful tool that will allow you to be free from fake account creation, annoying spam submissions, and bogus newsletter sign-ups using industry leading bot detection technology.

To get started, all you need to do is follow these step by step progress prompts form the app setup page. The first thing it will ask you is if you already have a Human Presence account created with us. If you are reading this you most likely do not, so you must click the Create one now button.

Upon clicking the Create one now button, the app will create an account in our system for you using your store name and a randomized password. The next step is to simply click Protect My Shop and you are well on your way to having an online store that is protected from bots and spam.

The Shop Protector app will then identify known weaknesses in your store's assets and automatically protect them for you to prevent bot spam.
